Multi-tenant. Each gym gets its own subdomain (yourgym.psgoal.com), its own branding, and strict tenant-scoped access — a coach at your gym can never see another gym's data. Isolation is enforced at the query layer: every database read is filtered by your tenant ID before any result comes back. If you have a compliance requirement that mandates truly dedicated infrastructure, let us know and we'll talk through options separately.
Yes. Plan.Set.Goal tracks payments by method (cash, card, online, Venmo) — we don't replace your processor. We just give you the records, accounting, and revenue analytics on top.
We provide CSV import for athletes, registrations, and programs. Game film migrates manually for now (we're working on a Hudl importer for Phase 8).
Yes. Role-based permissions: admins see everything, coaches see their assigned bookings + classes, athletes see their own profile and family.
The Studio plan is built for you. Public booking page, client management, recurring payment tracking. You don't need a gym to use this.
Every coach payout is logged with method, reference, and amount. At year-end, export by coach for 1099-NEC reporting. We don't file the 1099s for you — yet.
